Aravali Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd. is a 100% EOU and currently exports to many countries across the globe. We are a regular supplier of Perimeter Security Products to the United States of America, Spain, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, France, Sweden, Puerto Rico and various other countries. Our core competency lies in Wire (either Galvanised Wire or PVC Coated Wire) and Wire Products, used primarily for the Fencing Industry.

Aravali Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd. has its registered office in Mumbai. The manufacturing unit located near Mumbai is a 45,000 square feet building, using state-of-the-art, custom-built equipment to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness. We are in the process of acquiring a new facility, in order to keep pace with the growth of the company. We take pride in the quality of our products, which are subjected to rigorous standards of inspection and quality control procedures. Our products conform to International specifications such as ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials), BS (British Standards), as well as customer specifications.

Products:

Our area of expertise lies in providing Perimeter Security Products. Our main line of product is Razor Wire (Concertina Wire) and we are equipped to supply Razor Wire Coils in the following options:

• In diameters ranging from  300 mm to 1000 mm.
• In barbed shapes such as Short Barb, Medium Barb , Long Barb and Fish Hook Barb
• In all grades of Stainless Steel and Galvanized Steel.
  

We have also been exporting a wide range of Chain Link Fence to USA for the past 5 years and are well versed with ASTM standards and other specifications. Below mentioned are some of the types of Chain Link Fence that we are exporting presently:

• All our PVC Coated Fabric (Vinyl Coated) adheres to ASTM F668 standard and Galvanized Chain Link Fence Wire adheres to BS 443 standard
• We have Fully Automatic Chain Link weavers in our factory along with skilled work force and quality control department working round the clock.
  

Besides the above, we are also manufacturing various other products, viz.

• Tension Wire & Crimp Tension Wire – As per BS 443
• Barbed Wire & Barbless / Stranded Wire – As per BS 443
• Wall Spikes & Razor Spikes
• Quick Setting Cement
• PVC Coated Wire used in making PVC Coated Chain Link
• Chain Link Fence Fittings.

The latest addition in our range of products has been Palisade Fencing. We have included an in-house Cold Roll Forming line for manufacturing Palisades from Hot Rolled Coils; upto an impressive thickness of 3.00 mm and 2.50 mm respectively. In about 6 months, we also have plans to put up a colour coating line for the above product.

• 2400 MT, Bare Galvanized and PVC Coated Chain Link Fence Fabric, approximately 1200 kilometers of 2.0-meter height fence
• 60,000 Razor Wire / Barbed Tape Concertina Coils, approximately 1800 kilometers of 980 mm diameter Barbed Tape
• Various Fence Fittings and accessories that complement our product line, in accordance with our customers' needs.
  

• In Iraq: We have been supplying Concertina Barbed Tape for several US marine bases for the past few years
• In Spain: We provide the annual supplies of Concertina Barbed Tape for the Spanish Military, in addition we have also supplied Concertina Barbed Tape for fencing a substantial portion of Spain border
• In France and Germany: We have supplied complete fencing systems to the four key nuclear plants
• In Hong Kong and Singapore: We have supplied fencing systems for both their ports
• In Kenya: We have supplied the fencing system for the International Airport at Nairobi.
